Last updated: 13 October 2026

Fastdrop is an internal fleet management system of the Fastdrop motorbike fleet in Ghana. It is not a public product: only people who work for the company and whose access was opened by an administrator can use it. This policy explains what data the system handles and why.

Who is responsible

Fastdrop, Ghana. Questions about this data: blyzniukvalentyn@gmail.com.

Google account data

Staff sign in with Google. We receive only the email address, name and profile picture, and store them to identify the employee and to record who made each change.

We do not read anyone’s email, contacts, calendar or files, and we do not request such permissions. Data received from Google APIs is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train artificial intelligence models.

Operational data

The system stores fleet operations data: bikes, riders and their contracts, payments, documents, service records, expenses and leads of people interested in renting a bike.

This data is stored on the company’s own server. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

Who can see it

Each employee sees only the sections and branches an administrator opened for them.

Retention and your rights

Records are kept while the company needs them for its accounting and operations.

To request access to or deletion of personal data, write to blyzniukvalentyn@gmail.com.

Access granted to the app can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
